oh hey what do batman from the main canon would think Selina Kyle and Talia al Ghūl relationship in earth-1099 and how batman from the main canon could see their relationship on which what would his relationship with his own Selina Kyle or Talia al Ghūl would be like if Bruce Wayne never become batman
First off it wouldn't matter to main canon Batman as he's more concerned with his mission, but would note how Earth-1099 Selina is somewhat similar to him. When considering how she's doesn't seem prepared is would qualify as a weakness to Bruce, she would rightly chastise how much the past disasters were caused by his paranoia and inability to trust anyone makes him more of a threat than the Justice League.
Relationship wise, main canon Selina wouldn't even touch Talia with a 10-foot pole as they would have low opinions of each other and the only thing that would even bring them together is their shared love of Batman.

oh for kate kane and Bette Kane if they exists in Earth-1099
I would say they would be included with Kate becoming Batwoman and her cousin Bette becoming Flamebird, though the former doesn't like working alongside others unlike the latter who likes teaming up with the Cat Family.
yeah Selina Kyle would get along with both of her cousin in Earth-1099 like Family
The only thing is that Selina would occasionally have a relationship with Kate as they're not related.
